Depending on how the website is used, we may process data voluntarily provided when contacting COMPAAN or submitting an order, in particular your full name, email address, phone number, order notes and uploaded files, as well as technical data required for the website to operate correctly and securely.

If the user consents to analytics, the website also uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website use.

Technical data may include, in particular, the IP address, date and time of a request, requested URL, server response code, browser or device information, and security-event data. This data may be recorded in private server and application logs for diagnostics, website security and protection against abuse.

Data provided when contacting us or submitting an order is processed to answer enquiries, accept and complete the order, conduct correspondence, take steps at the user’s request before entering into a contract, or perform a contract. Data required to keep the website secure and operating correctly may be processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest.

If the user gives a separate voluntary consent in the form, the contact details provided may be retained to make future orders easier to handle. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to admin@compaan.pl.

Google Analytics data is processed only after the user gives consent. Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time using the privacy settings available on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

The 7minut.pl form allows you to provide your full name, phone number, email address, order notes and files intended for production. This data is used to handle the specific order unless the user separately agrees to retain contact details to make future orders easier.

Uploaded files are not publicly accessible and are stored outside the public website directory. Ordinary orders are normally archived automatically after 30 days and deleted 90 days after submission. Orders handled as recurring may be retained longer, until that form of service is ended.

After consent, we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate analysis of how the website is used. Measurement includes page views, sessions, scrolling, outbound-link clicks and selected events relevant to the service, such as visits to service pages and Knowledge articles, navigation between content, and clicks on phone numbers, email addresses, directions and links to COMPAAN.

We do not send Google Analytics the user’s name, email address, phone number, order contents or uploaded files.

The website uses mechanisms necessary for it to work and stores the user’s analytics-consent choice in browser storage. Storing that choice is not used to track the user. The file-upload form may use essential session mechanisms required for its secure operation.

Google Analytics is not started before consent. After consent, it may store its own cookies, in particular _ga and _ga_*, used to measure website use.

Choosing “Essential only” does not activate Google Analytics. The user may change the decision later in the privacy settings.

Data may be processed by entities providing COMPAAN with technical services required for website operation, hosting and communication. If analytics consent is given, Google also receives measurement data as the provider of Google Analytics.

Order-related data and files are retained for the period needed to handle the order and according to the rules described above for the file-upload form. Contact details retained on the basis of separate consent are kept until that consent is withdrawn or there is no longer a need to use them. Correspondence-related data may be retained for a period justified by legal obligations or the need to protect against claims. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics service settings.

Technical server and application logs are retained for the period needed for diagnostics, security and protection against abuse.

Where provided by law, the user has the right to request access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent.

If the user believes that personal data is processed unlawfully, a complaint may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

The website may contain links to external websites and services that operate under their own privacy rules.

This policy may be updated if the law, the way the website works or the tools used change. The current version is always published at this address.
